full balls to the future

This is an old one, but an awesome one. Was looking at Creativity's Top 5 earlier today and remembered how great this 3:00 spot is.
Enjoy the film.

close your eyes.

An interesting new stimuli utilized in an advertising message by BMW. This new approach seemed to wow consumers.

Could have some fascinating implications, especially within more immersive environments or even experiential marketing where you could create eyes-closed experience by initiating pitch darkness. Could be even cooler if there wasn't a brand logo showing up at the end.

content that i'm diggin

The new Toyota piece is super fly. I was a little surprised they pulled the trigger on this project...great choice.

Not that it matters if campaigns consist of 'never been done before' executions, but this kinda reminds me of the Tea Partay video:

Hyatt Hotels gets after it

I have been working on this project for our client Hyatt where we created an original web series. This done to promote their meetings capability at hyattmeetings.com. It has been by far a new stride for them compared to their traditional efforts. Here are the first two:

2 episodes will be launched every Thursday and can be found here

It looks pretty small to me. :)

The Sandpit from Sam O'Hare on Vimeo.

Video is made by a technique called tilt-shift photography. This particular video consists of over 35,000 stills and took over 5 days to shoot. Truly beautiful.
